Remote Support Download

Support technicians can remotely connect to your device using the Remote Support utility and resolve any trouble. The remote support utility can be downloaded from one of the following ways.

Note: The remote support software will need to remain open until the attending technician has completed the work required to resolve your issue. 

Via Emailed Link

Primarily the support technician handling your case will send you an email containing a direct download link for the remote support software.

Via ESW Help Menu

In case of Global or Offsider Estimating, the Remote Support can be run from the Help menu on the Job Manager window.

Via ESW Folder

The Remote support utility(BSSupport.exe) can also be run from the C:\ESW\Support folder.

Via Help Centre

The Remote Support utility can also be downloaded and run from our website by following the steps below:

1. Navigate to www.Buildsoft.com.au

2. Click the Support option from the top menu.

3. Click the Access Help Centre button

4. Click the Download Team Viewer button at the bottom left hand corner of the page.

5. Your ID like below will be shown when you run the downloaded utility.

6. Provide the Your ID details to the technician handling your case.

Note: The remote support software will need to remain open until the attending technician has completed the work required to resolve your issue. 

The support technician will then be able to connect to your device to help resolve your case.
