Double click on any shape, a cursor like the one shown in the screenshot below will appear in the center of the shape. You can use this to move the shape to the desired location.
This can be done for any kind shape you have drawn on the plan.

Can multiple shapes be relocated at one go?

Cubit shapes can be relocated individually only.
