Performance Issues In Cubit Version


It has come to our attention that a small number of customers who've updated to the recent version of Cubit are experiencing slow performance issues when expanding projects on Cubit's Job Manager screen.

Our development team are currently working on correcting this issue and Cubit will be released very shortly.

Further performance improvements will then be implemented in a following update at a later date.

In the meantime there is a work around to avoid this issue occurring in Cubit This involves turning on the 'Expand Projects at start up' option in the Cubit options.
To do this you can follow the steps below:

- Open Cubit to the Job Manager screen.
- Click the Cubit menu.
- Click the Options button.
- Make sure the General tab is selected.
- Click the 'Expand Projects at start up' option.
- Restart Cubit.

Once you have done this all the projects on the job list will be expanded when you open the software.

This will avoid slow performance issues issues when expanding the project lists on the Job Manager screen.

To avoid further slow performance issues after following the above steps, users should avoid collapsing and expanding project lists.
