If you start your Cubit software and get a message saying 'Connect To License Service' then it is most likely that the Buildsoft Network License Monitor has stopped running on the server.
To resolve this issue the service will just need to be restarted.
To do this follow the instructions below:
- Close the Cubit software on your Machine.
- Log onto the server where the Cubit Server Software is installed.
- Click on the Windows Start button, right click on Computer and select Manage.
- On the left hand side of the Computer Management window expand the Services And Applications section and select Services.
- Look for Buildsoft Network License Monitor in the list, right click on it and select Start.
- Once the service has started close the management software.
- Start the Cubit software on your machine.
- Enter Your Username and Password into the 'Log Into Cubit' box and click ok.
The Cubit software will now start as normal.
