If you are using a network version of Offsider or Global and it asks you for a serial number, this means that your network drive has disconnected. The following steps should fix this issue...
- Go to the Start bar on your computer
- Click on Computer
- Under Network location, if your network drive has a red cross next to it please double click on it to refresh your network drive
You should now be able to access the software without it asking you for a serial number, if you are still having issues please contact Support.
