Company name does not appear on registration screen

If you have just installed Offsider or Global Estimating stand alone version, connected the USB dongle and run the program a registration screen should appear with the company name the software is registered to. This name is read from the dongle.

If the name does not appear, close the program and go back to the Windows Desktop, right click on the "Global Estimating" or "Offsider Estimating" icon and select "Run As Administrator". The program should then open to the registration screen and the company name should be visible. Complete the remaining address details and the program should then open.
