Unable to assign an account group

As part of Cubit’s integration with BuilderTREND, an Account Group is required to be assigned to the Cubit Job.

If you are unable to click OK to complete the Account group assignment, check your job’s Freeze State status on the Job Manager window.

To check the Freeze State of a job:

1. Open Cubit.

2. From the Job Manager window, select the job from the Job list and review its Job details on the right-hand side. Uncheck Job from the Freeze state

3. Open the job again and try assigning the Account Group again by clicking the Configuration tab and selecting Edit Column from the Codes group.
