BTOS crops image

A image is cropped when loaded into the Buildsoft Take-Off System (BTOS) module. This is because of an incorrect  Portable Document Format (PDF) page size.

You can use this procedure to resize the original PDF file page size which you can load into BTOS to display the entire plan. Free and commercial PDF creation software is available, however, this article will provide steps using CutePDF writer which can be downloaded using this link http://www.cutepdf.com/Products/CutePDF/writer.asp.

To Resize the PDF:

1. To open a PDF file you will need a copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader or an alternative PDF reader installed on your computer. Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF reader is free and can be downloaded from the Adobe website.
2. Double-click on the PDF file name to open it in Adobe Reader or your PDF reader.
3. On the toolbar, click File, in the Printer list select CutePDF Writer and then click Properties.
4. Click Advanced
5. Under Paper Size:  list, select 22 x 36 in and continue to create the new PDF file.
