Sometimes the need arises to cut information from one area of your job, and paste this into another location.
You can cut and paste in one of the following ways:
1. Keyboard shortcuts - Ctrl + X to cut the information, and Ctrl + V to paste it.
2. Right click on the information, select Cut from the popup menu, then right-click in the location you wish to add the information and select Paste from the popup menu. (Refer. Fig.1)
Note: You can cut and paste within your current calculation sheet, however, you cannot cut information from one calculation sheet, and paste it into another.
