The recently completed action resulted in Take Off with a quantity of zero

Follow

You may come across a take-off quantity in Cubit Estimating that shows 0.00.

This can occur due to the selected result type for the takeoff being incompatible with the shape that has been drawn in the Viewport.

For example, if you draw a shape in the viewport that is not enclosed and has an area result type applied, Cubit Estimating cannot calculate a quantity for this shape.

Cubit Estimating will usually display an error (Refer Fig.2) to warn the user that quantity of zero has been returned from the take off.
