When you are trying to restore a job in Global/Offsider, the restore window may not list all the jobs in the directory. In such cases, you will notice that there is a notification on the right showing that issues were detected while listing the job.

Click on the alert to see all the jobs that were not listed along with the reason why.

A common reason is usually that the length of the filename is too long for Global/Offsider to load.
Rename the file to a smaller job name and try to restore the job again.
This time E0X files under the folder are listed for you to restore.
