Unable to Transfer Jobs between Global Estimating and Cubit

Applies to: Global Estimating version 2019.

In Global Estimating version 2016 and later, there are two buttons in the menu that allow you to transfer jobs to and from Cubit, however, if the transfer mechanism does not work a common reason for this is that the computer is missing a Microsoft Visual C++ redistributable. 

 To fix this you can install Microsoft Visual C++ 2012 redistributable (x86) which can be downloaded from the Microsoft website https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/download/details.aspx?id=30679,  restart your computer and start the transfer.
