Viewport

After opening a job from the manager, I am left with a white screen with the ribbons on the top. I'm unable to import my plans neither as I get a message that says I must close all open plans and all unnecessary programs to continue. However, this is vague and I don't see an option to close my plans.

    Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. We have had some issues with our forum software. I have checked our support system and it seems this has been resolved for you already please let us know if you encounter any further difficulties.
