It would be awesome if Cubit has the same capability as Buildsoft Global with regards to Progress Claims and Variation Claims

  • Is there any update on this?

It is a fundamental part of what a QS does so is needed.

  • It would be beneficial to have to 2 types of progress claims:

    1. Staged Claims
    2. Progressive Claims

Looking forward to progress feedback on where this is at

  • This suggestion has gone very quiet since it was first posted

I think this is a must for Cubit Estimating, as we all know progress claims can get very complicated and this is something that should not be handled outside of the software (thats when mistakes can happen)

An update on this would be good to know if it is in the pipeline or not

  • Hey Guys,

Wondering if there is any update, if cubit is going to get some sort of Progress claims module like Global has for both variations and contract works and even to be able to allocate into stage claims, currently its such a hassle to export into excel and then re-create every time and for every claim.

    thanks,

  • Hi Antonio,

I dont think they are looking at it at the moment :-(

You could always export your job to Global from Cubit and use the progress claim schedules from there. Thats what we do at the moment.

  • Hi Antonio

Thank you for your interest in this feature. However as Darren has mentioned, this feature request has been deprioritised by our Product and Development Team, and won’t be part of a release soon.
