Reinforcement Measurement

Does anyone have a template they are willing to share for reinforcement measurement? It is not the norm in the Cayman Islands for engineers to produce bar bending schedules and as a result we have to measure rebar from their drawings. The method I have adopted is super time consuming. There has to be a better way? I am practicing with the use of the result "length by centre" and whilst this seems to work (sort of) for slabs it doesn't deal well with scenarios where the engineer specifies one size of bar in one direction and another in the other direction, it also doesn't help with measuring stirrups and edge reinforcement.

I've been a QS for 40 years and the measurement of reinforcement from drawings remains the one task that eats up so much of my time.
