Software Assurance is a critical service that ensures you get the most out of your purchase. When you’re in Software Assurance you’ll have access to the latest product updates and upgrades as well as access to our Professional Australian based Support team.

With Software Assurance you are entitled to the latest and greatest every time we have a new release. For example, if you were a Cubit Estimating 8 user with Software Assurance, you would automatically get Cubit Estimating 9 at no additional cost. With ongoing Software Assurance, you will always have access to our most advanced technology. And unlimited access to our Support team!

How to renew your Software Assurance?

New Customers

All Buildsoft customers get 12 months of complimentary Software Assurance with their first purchase. 11 months out from your purchase date, one of our Customer Success Managers will give you a call to renew your agreement.

Covered Customers

One of our Customer Success Managers will give you a call a month before your expiry date to renew your agreement.

Uncovered Customers

To update your Software Assurance Agreement, call our Customer Success Team on 1300 133 745 and select Option 2. You can also email success@buildsoft.com.au.
