Using the Variations filter in Cubit Estimating

When using Variations, you can filter your Job to better see your estimate in different conditions. 

You can use the filter to see just your Estimate, or just Pending, Approved, or Rejected Variation Items. You can click more than one filter option, and your estimate can display a combination, for example just your Estimate and Approved, or Pending and Approved. 

By default, all options are checked, and your estimate will display all Variation Items, regardless of status.  To change the Variations filter:

1. Ensure your job already has Variation Items.

2. From the Configuration tab in the ribbon, click Variations. 

3. Click the Variation status you wish to filter and have displayed in your Item sheet. If the status has a check next to it, it means it will be displayed in your estimate.
