IFC models not showing shape dimensions

There are instances when inserting an IFC plan into Cubit Estimating, shapes, areas or dimensions may not be identifiable. If this information cannot be identified it means this information is missing from the plan.  You will need to consult with your Architect/Supplier to make the necessary modifications to the IFC.

Example: 
If you need to take off the area on the IFC plan, you need to ask your supplier/architect to ensure the area is made available on the IFC. 

We cannot specify anything further as to how these modifications may be completed.

Please consult with your Architect/Supplier as each program differs and offers different output options.
