Windows System Requirements

• CPU (Central Processing Unit)

  • Minimum: 2 virtual CPUs (vCPUs) with at least 1.6 GHz or faster processor.
  • Recommended: For higher video/screen share resolution and frame rate, a four-core processor or better is recommended.

• RAM (Random Access Memory)

  • Required: 4096 MB (4 GB).

• Hard Drive

  • Required Space: At least 3 GB of free space.

• .NET Framework

  • Version: 4.6.1 or later.

• Video/Graphics

  • Required: DirectX 9 or later with WDDM 1.0 driver.

Internet Speed Requirements

• • Minimum or Basic Usage: 25 Mbps download speed is considered adequate for general use.
  • Recommended for Heavy Usage: For activities uploading/downloading large files, an average download speed of 10 Mbps, in addition to the minimum internet speeds, is preferable.
  • Per User Minimum: If there are multiple users working from the same connection, a minimum of 100 Mbps download speed and 10 Mbps upload speed per person is a good starting point.

Additional Considerations

• Network Stability: Besides speed, ensure your network connection is stable. Consider using wired connections (Ethernet) for critical tasks to reduce the risk of disconnection.
• Latency: Aim for lower latency/ping times, especially for real-time applications like video calls. A latency under 50 ms is generally considered good, but the lower, the better.
