Known Issue - Some count shapes have invalid location

Versions affected: 11.3.3.0

It has been observed that the following issue may occur if double-clicking the edge of a count shape when the "Edit on Select" option is off

Workaround:

1. Have the Edit on Select enabled when they want to edit a count shape
