Cubit Estimating Management Console can be used to manage user logins for Cubit Estimating.
When on network version there is usually a desktop shortcut to access Cubit Estimating Management console. The program can also be accessed from the C:\Program Files\Buildsoft\Cubit Estimating folder (Right-click on Cubit Estimating Icon and Open File Location).

Create User Login
Note: The user logins are needed for Network type install only.
1. Open Cubit Estimating Management Console.
2. Click Users button to configure and manage Cubit Estimating user login.

3. By default a local user login is configured with no password. Click New button to add a new user login.

4. Enter all the details and click "Create" button to create the new user login.
Note: Both the User name and Password are case sensitive. Make sure you use them exactly as how you have typed.

Edit User Login
1. Open Cubit Estimating Management Console window, click Users button.
2. Select the user login and click the Edit button.

3. Make the necessary changes to the user details.
4. When the details have been modified, click the Update button to save the changes.

Reset User Password
1. Open Cubit Estimating Management Console window, click Users button.
2. Select the user login and click the Edit button.
3. To change the password, from the edit Cubit Estimating user window, click Reset Password.

4. Enter and verify the new password and click Reset button to save.

Delete User Login
1. Open Cubit Estimating Management Console window, click Users button.
2. Select the user login to be removed.
3. Use the Delete button to remove any unused user credentials.
Note: Deleting the user login will not affect any Cubit Estimating data.

4. A prompt will be shown to confirm the delete action. Click OK to confirm.
