How many databases can you have in Cubit Estimating?

PostgreSQL is the underlying Relational Database System used in the development of Cubit Estimating. Buildsoft offers three Cubit Estimating license type (Standalone, Network and Terminal server) and each license type will setup Cubit Estimating with a single database.

In some circumstances, if you need to create multiple databases to support the internal business processes, please contact the Buildsoft support team to provide technical assistance.

Although multiple databases are possible, the number is not limited by PostgreSQL itself, but by the available system resources. You may notice a performance degradation with multiple concurrent connections.
