Overview

Registering for Cubit Select is quick and easy, whether you’re creating a new company account or joining an existing one. This guide explains how to set up your account, activate it, and link to the appropriate company account.

 

Register a New Company Account

If your company is new to Cubit Select, follow these steps to create a new company account.

If your company already has a Company Account, refer to the Next Section: Join an Existing Company Account to join it and avoid creating duplicate Company Accounts, as they cannot be merged later.

1. Access the Registration Page

You can start the registration process in two ways:

          • Direct Registration: Visit the Cubit Select Free Registration Page.
          • Via a Tender Invitation:
                • Open the Tender Invitation email you received from the contractor.
                • Click the View Document button to access the Tender Information page.
                • From there, click the View Tender Details and Submit Quote button to navigate to the registration page.

2. Fill in Your Details

          • Enter your name and email address on the registration page.
          • Cubit Select will send an activation email to your nominated email address (if you don’t see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder).

3. Activate Your User Account

          • Click the Activate button in the email to verify your User Account.
          • You will be directed to the page where you can set your password.

4. Set Your Password and Create a Company Account

          • Set a password to secure your User Account.
          • Enter your company name to create a new Company Account.

Important Note:
If your company already has a Company Account in Cubit Select, select "Join an existing company account" and follow the steps in the next section to avoid creating duplicate accounts.

Duplicate Company Accounts cannot be merged or corrected, and you will not be able to switch to the correct account later.

5. Log In

 

Join an Existing Company Account

If your company already has an account in Cubit Select, you can join it using one of the two methods below.

 

Method 1: Being Added by an Existing User (Recommended)

1. Request to Be Added

          • Ask an administrator or any existing user in your company’s account to add you as a new user.

2. User Adds You to the Company Account

          • The user can log in to Cubit Select, click the User Profile button, and navigate to the User Management page.
          • From there, they can add your details, including your name and email address.

3. Receive Confirmation

          • You’ll receive an email confirming that you’ve been successfully added to the Company Account.

Method 2: Initiating a Joining Request

1. Choose “Join an Existing Company Account”

            • During the registration step of setting a password, select the Join an existing company account option.

2. Enter the Company Code

            • Request the Company Code from an existing user in your company. They can find it in their profile under the User Profile menu.
            • Input the Company Code in the field provided.
            • The company name will appear. Verify that it’s correct, then click Register.

3. Await Approval

            • Your request will be sent to one of your colleagues already registered under the Company Account.
            • Notify them to approve your request by clicking Approve in the email.

4. Receive Confirmation

            • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your account is successfully created and added to the Company Account.

Why Register

While you can view tender information without an account, registering allows you to:

      • Access Detailed Line Items: View all line items shared by the contractor for a comprehensive understanding of the tender requirements.
      • Submit and Manage Quotes: Easily prepare, submit, and track your quotes directly within Cubit Select.
      • Centralised Tender Management: Organize all your tenders in one place, complete with real-time status updates and notifications about changes.
      • Enhanced Team Collaboration: Provide full visibility to all team members within your company account, ensuring seamless alignment and coordination.
