You can export an entire Job or selected headings and items, to Microsoft Excel.
When you select Export All, you will create an xlsx or xls file. Your Microsoft Excel file will include three tabs (containing three versions of your Estimate): Trade Breakup, Trade Breakup Showing Markup and Trade Summary.
To Export All your Estimate:
From an open Job:
1. Click Data tab.
2. Click Export from the Excel ribbon.
3. Click Export All.

4. From the Save As window, browse your device to select where you want to save your Microsoft Excel file, type a new name and select the file type.
Note: Excel Workbook(*xlsx) is the default file type that will be created, you can change this to
Excel 97-2003(*.xls).
5. Click Save.

To Export a Selection :
When you select Export Selected, you will create an xlsx or xls file of the selected items in a Job. Your Microsoft Excel file will include three tabs (containing three versions of your Estimate): Trade Breakup, Trade Breakup Showing Markup and Trade Summary.

1. Highlight Heading/s from your Item Sheet.
2. Click Data tab.
3. Click Export Selected from the Excel ribbon.
