How to create a Report for Selected Trades - Cubit Estimating

How to Create a Selected Trade Report

1. Open your job from the Job list in the Job Manager window.
2. In the Estimate sheet, highlight the chosen top-level Trade headings. This selection will decide what trades the report will show.
3. Go to the Data tab on the ribbon and choose your desired report type (e.g., Estimate Report, Trade Summary, etc.).
4. In the Parameters pane that appears, tick the checkbox for Show only selected Trades.
5. Click Preview or Print to generate the report. The report will include only the selected Trade and all items within that heading.

Important Notes:

• The “Show only selected Trades” option does not allow for printing a single item. Instead, it applies to the entire Trade heading selected in the Estimate grid.
• Ensure the correct heading is highlighted before generating the report to avoid unintended results.
