How to Download and Use NinjaOne Quick Connect for Buildsoft
1. Download NinjaOne Quick Connect
Your Buildsoft consultant will provide you with a download link.
Click the link and then "Connect" to download the file (usually named QuickConnect-DPOC-XXXXXXX).
2. Open the File
Once the download is complete, click the file from your browser’s downloads bar,
or locate NinjaOneQuickConnect.exe in your Downloads folder and double-click it.
3. Allow the Application to Run
After running the application, a command prompt will appear on the screen. Allow this to complete.
Before long, a prompt will appear at the bottom of your screen alerting you of the successful connection.
4. Let your support representative know you are ready for connection.
The Quick Connect software has now been configured.
Let your support representative know and they will now be able to look into the issue.
When both sides are ready, we’ll send a connection prompt. Simply click "Yes" to allow us to join your session.
