Error 'Problems Reading Job List' when restoring a job


If you are trying to restore a job into Global or Offsider Estimating, and get a message saying 'Problem Reading Job List' then the job list most likely contains blank lines.

Check through the job list and rename the blank lines by clicking Rename in the toolbar.

Open the jobs and check for any important data that these may contain.

You can delete these if there is no important information or if they do not open correctly.

After taking care of the blank lines on the job list, you will be able to restore jobs as normal.
