Offsider / Global Network unable to backup

I can’t back up any jobs

1. Locate the off.ini file located in the C:\Windows directory. Right click and click ‘edit’
2. Press Ctrl+F, this will open up the find dialogue. In the text box type Other and then click find next.
3. You will find two lines that say ‘Other’ and ‘Other2’
4. Change the lines to ‘Other=C:\’ and ‘Other=C:\’
