Global / Offsider: Job Busy Error

The below error may appear when you are attempting to open a job in Global / Offsider Estimating.

If the error may appear if the job is terminated incorrectly.

Important Note:

If you are working with the fast networking option for Global Estimating or Offsider Estimating, it is recommended that you first backup the C:\ANI folder before following the steps below as this may contain data that has not yet been saved back to the data location.

Once this has been done, it is recommended that you reach out to the support to assist with making sure no data is lost.

To correct this error, and open the job successfully again, please do the following:

Click on Tools > Advanced > Provide Job Access Currently denied
