DBI Error: Unknown internal operating system error.

If you get the above error in your Global or Offsider Estimating software, please do the following steps:

1. Exit from your software and re-open

2. If the error continues, re-open Rename ANI folder in C:\

3. Open your software again.

4.  Click Tools, from the menu then select Advanced, Provide Job Access Currently Denied

5. Job should open without any trouble this time.
