Paste values only will paste only the value of the copied selection and replaces any references with the value of the original reference target. Paste values only can be used in the Estimate, Rate and Calculation Sheets of Jobs and Price lists. All references within the original relationship will be removed and the values will turn pink.
1. Open a Cubit Estimating job with referencing.
2. Copy the items to be pasted by pressing Ctrl + C or right-click and select Copy.

3. Right-click on a new item, and select Paste Special, Paste values only.

As a result, just pasted Rate Sheet Item Line 7 no longer has a reference. It now has a value with its formula 3 * 2.
