Generating BOQ Reports in Cubit Estimating

In Cubit Estimating, there are a couple of different options for printing a BOQ report.

These options are a full BOQ report, a BOQ summary, a BOQ report that shows only information from the trades selected in the estimate pane, or a BOQ for the selected trades without showing any of the prices.

Below are some instructions for how to print out these BOQ reports.

BOQ Report:

To produce a full Bill Of Quantities report for your job in Cubit Estimating, you would just need to do the following:

1. Click the Generate button in the BOQ section.

This will generate a BOQ report based on the current job information and display this on-screen.

BOQ Summary Report: 

To produce a BOQ Summary report, you can do the following:

1. Click the Data tab on the toolbar, seen above in Fig.1.

2. Click the arrow just under the Generate button in the BOQ section.

3. Select the BOQ Summary option.

Cubit Estimating will then generate a BOQ summary report and display this on screen.

BOQ Report For Selected Trades:

 To produce a BOQ report for only the Trades you have selected in the Estimate pane, you can do the following:

1. Click the Data tab on the toolbar, seen above in Fig.1.

2. Click the arrow just under the Generate button in the BOQ section, seen above in Fig.3.

3. Select the Print Selected Trades option.

After doing this a BOQ report will be generated and displayed on the screen for the Trades you selected.

BOQ Report For Selected Trades Without Prices:

To produce a BOQ report without prices for only the Trades you have selected in the Estimate pane, you can do the following:

1. Click the Data tab on the toolbar, seen above in Fig.1.

2. Click the arrow just under the Generate button in the BOQ section, seen above in Fig. 3.

3. Select the Print Selected Trades Without Prices option.

This will generate and display a report for the Trades you selected and will exclude the prices.
