If you need to edit an existing shape, you can do so by following the below steps:
- Locate the shape you wish to edit in the Viewport.

- Double left click on the shape to open the shape for editing.

- Move the orange nodes to the desired location on the plan.
This process will work for both arcs shapes and rectangular shapes.

- Left click outside of the shape to complete the editing process.

You can also add or remove nodes on a shape if required.
This can be done by doing the following:
- Double left click on the shape to open the shape for editing.

- Hold down the CTRL key on the keyboard, and left click on a section of the shape where you wish to add a new node.
If removing a node, then click on the node you wish to remove.

Likewise a shape segment can be moved in a similar way.
This is done by the following:
- Double left click on the shape to open the shape for editing.

- Click and drag the segment you need to move.

But this doesn't work if you have measured a Shape using the rectangle feature. This appears to be un-selectable, and therefore un-editable.
I attempted to change the colour of the (Rectangle) Shape, but was unable to do so.
Is there another way to achieve this?
Hi Mike,
Just gave this a test on my end using the rectangular shape tool, but was able to edit the shape via the nodes as well as change the colour of the shape.
If this is definitely not working for you, could you please email me the steps you went through so that i can look into this further?

I've got around to testing this on another job (I can't remember where I originally had the issue), and yes, I can select, edit and change the colour of the shape. Don't know what happened previously.
How about showing this when there is a window or door opening in the shape?
