In Global/Offsider Estimating, when opening any job you may get a Job Busy error like below.

To resolve this:
- In the Job Manager, select the job from the Job list.
- In the Top toolbar, click Tools.
- Click Advanced.
- Then choose Provide Job Access Currently Denied.

The Job should open normally after.
