If you get an error message like below when preparing a Progress Claims Claim Summary report, then there could be a permission issue interfering with the creation of files needed to create the report.

In this case, follow these steps to correct the permission issue:
1. Create a new job.
2. Open the new job in Progress Claims mode.
3. Open the original job.
4. Copy all the information from the original job into the new job.
5. You will now be able to print a claim summary report from the new job.
