Invitation status overview

The Invitation status overview for the trade package will change according to the status of your
suppliers:

When suppliers are invited, each of them will display the status as Pending. If a supplier replies
to your invitation, you can change their status to Accepted, or Declined invitation.

You can add a quote for an invited supplier directly from the Trade Packages page and it will
appear in the Quotes and Review pages and the status will appear as Quoted. You can also
mark the status as Completed once the quote is finalised.
