New Feature
Supplier Quote Submissions
We’re excited to introduce the new Quote Submissions workflow, a powerful way to streamline how you receive and manage supplier quotes in Cubit Select.
Now, once you invite subcontractors or suppliers to quote on a tender, they can submit their quotes directly through our private portal, free for them to register and use. This portal helps suppliers manage their invitations and quotes in one place, while giving you a faster, more reliable, and centralised quoting process.
This update brings speed, clarity, and control to your tendering process, helping you reduce risk, save time, and confidently plan for profit.

Feature Highlights
You have the flexibility to share your trade items, including descriptions, quantities, and units, while keeping your rates private. When shared, this information provides a clearer scope to suppliers and allows them to submit itemised quotes, giving you greater visibility and confidence when evaluating and comparing submissions line by line.
Along with quote pricing, suppliers can also attach supporting documents and include notes to explain their quote, break down pricing, or highlight any exclusions, helping you make more informed decisions.
All submissions are added directly to your job in Cubit Select. Quote pricing appears automatically in your Quote Comparison Grid, clearly marked and ready for analysis. Quote documents and notes are easily accessible from the Quotes page. No manual entry, email chasing, or document handling is required.
You also have full control over whether you want to continue receiving quotes, with the ability to lock or unlock quote submissions for each Trade Package individually or for the entire job at any time.
What You Can Do

- Share and update trade details instantly, with automatic notifications sent to suppliers.
