There is currently a problem we are working to resolve where customers using Global and Offsider Estimating are experiencing a problem with starting the software telling them the license was not able to be validated.

This should be accompanied, or replaced, by the proxy configuration box.

You should be able to get past this problem, and continue to work normally, by clicking the Cancel button.
However if you continue to encounter trouble with this, then it is recommended that you contact the support team, via email or phone, and we will help you resolve this issue.
